02. Scope of Delivery

Operating from Narayanghat to Kathmandu, Dream Care Group provides:

• Medical and laboratory equipment procurement
• End-to-end laboratory infrastructure setup
• On-site technical staff training
• Ongoing maintenance and operational support

03. Client Account Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality of login credentials
• Provide accurate, up-to-date contact and billing information
• Report any suspected security breaches to our team immediately

04. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Price quotes are valid only at the time of order confirmation
• Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• Client is responsible for applicable VAT, shipping fees, and site preparation costs

05. Delivery & Installation

We adhere to agreed-upon timelines. However, force majeure events common to the region (e.g., monsoon flooding, strikes, or road blockages) may necessitate schedule adjustments.

Site Readiness: To prevent installation delays, clients must ensure the delivery site has stable power, adequate physical space, and a safe working environment prior to our team's arrival.

06. Client Rights

• Fair and exact execution of services as specified in the signed agreement
• Direct, prioritized access to our technical support team

07. Protections & Jurisdiction

• All proprietary content, training materials, and tools remain the intellectual property of Dream Care Group
• Maximum liability is capped at the total value of the specific service rendered
• These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Exclusive jurisdiction resides in Bharatpur, Chitwan.
